"Pastry Line" Temperature: -2° +8° - 3 doors, 2 ventilated evaporators. - 5 adjustable stainless steel legs. - Interior and exterior in stainless steel AISI 304, submerged bottom, rounded corners. - Closing through magnetic door closure, hinges with automatic closing by opening of 90°. - Accessories: 4 couples of conductors for plates 600x400mm each door. - Hermetic unit (extractible, on conductors). - Polyurethane isolation (60mm) without CFK. - Evaporators treated against aggressive gasses.
